T5 Front Brake Disc (333mm Vented) - 2003-09

This front vented brake disc is a direct replacement for selected Volkswagen Transporter T5 models fitted with PR Code 2E4, covering vehicles produced from April 2003 to August 2009, up to chassis number WV1ZZZ7HZA050000.

With a 333mm outer diameter and 32.5mm thickness, this disc is designed for higher-spec front braking systems used on more powerful or heavily equipped T5 models. The vented disc design allows effective heat dissipation during braking, helping to reduce brake fade and maintain consistent stopping performance—particularly under load or repeated braking.

The disc is supplied with a protective anti-corrosion coating, helping to prevent surface rust during storage and initial installation. Once fitted, the braking surface beds in quickly with new pads for smooth and predictable braking response.

This disc fits both left-hand (passenger side) and right-hand (driver’s side) front positions. Although sold individually, we always recommend replacing front brake discs in pairs to ensure balanced braking and even pad wear.

How it works

When braking, the caliper clamps the pads against the rotating disc to slow the vehicle. The internal ventilation channels draw cooling air through the disc as it spins, helping to control operating temperatures and maintain braking efficiency.

Fitting & related parts

For best results, we recommend fitting this disc together with:

• New front brake pads

• Checked or renewed caliper guide pins

• Correctly torqued wheel bolts

Always confirm PR Code 2E4 and chassis number before ordering, as multiple front brake sizes were used on the T5 range.
