Touareg Front Brake Disc (349mm Vented)

This front brake disc is a heavy-duty replacement designed for the Volkswagen Touareg fitted with PR codes 1ZA or 1ZK. With a large 349mm diameter and internally vented construction, it is engineered to handle the high braking loads of the Touareg while delivering strong, consistent stopping power in everyday driving and under heavy use.

What this brake disc does

The front brake discs provide the majority of the vehicle’s stopping force. When the brake pedal is pressed, hydraulic pressure forces the brake caliper to clamp the pads onto the disc faces. The resulting friction converts vehicle speed into heat, slowing the vehicle safely and in a controlled manner.

This disc uses an internally vented design, featuring cooling vanes between the disc faces. As the disc rotates, air is drawn through these vanes to dissipate heat efficiently. This helps reduce brake fade, maintain consistent pedal feel, and extend the service life of both the brake pads and discs—particularly important on a large, powerful SUV like the Touareg.
