T4,G3 Water Temperature Sensor (Black And Blue)

Replacement coolant temperature gauge sensor for VW T4 Transporters and a wide range of VW watercooled models. This 4 pin black/yellow NTC temperature sensor sends coolant temperature information to the dashboard gauge and engine management system.

A faulty coolant temperature sensor can cause incorrect temperature gauge readings, difficult cold starting, poor fuel economy, rough running, increased fuel consumption or cooling fan operation problems. Replacing a worn or inaccurate sensor helps restore proper engine temperature monitoring and ECU operation.

This version features a 20mm body with 4 pin connection and is commonly fitted to petrol and diesel VW engines throughout the 1990s and early 2000s.
