T25,T4,T5,G1,G2 Heater Box Clip

This heater box clip is used within the heating system to secure sections of the heater box housing together. It helps keep the heater assembly correctly clamped, allowing the casing, ducts and internal heater components to stay aligned and sealed during use.

A secure heater box is important for proper airflow through the heating and ventilation system. These clips hold the housing sections tightly together so warm air is directed where it should be, rather than escaping through gaps in the casing. Over time, original clips can rust, weaken, distort or go missing during earlier repairs, which can lead to loose heater box sections, poor air direction and rattles from the dashboard or front heater area.

This clip is ideal when rebuilding or repairing the heater box assembly and is a useful replacement whenever the heater system is dismantled. For best results, check the condition of the heater box foam seals, housings, flaps and related fixings at the same time, as worn seals and missing clips often cause poor heater performance together.
