Type 25 Track Control Arm Radius Rod Rubber Bush Sleeve

Replacement metal spacer sleeve for the front suspension radius rod bush fitted to Volkswagen Type 25 (T3) models. This sleeve fits through the centre of the radius rod rubber mounting bush and provides the correct support and clamping surface when the suspension assembly is tightened.

Over time these sleeves can become corroded, worn or damaged during bush replacement. A worn sleeve can lead to excessive movement in the suspension mounting, poor handling, knocking noises and premature bush wear. Replacing the sleeve when renewing the radius rod bushes helps restore correct suspension geometry and ensures the bush operates as intended.
