T25 Fuel Filler Neck Seal

Replacement rubber seal/elbow for the upper section of the fuel tank filler neck on VW T25/T3 models. This durable rubber connector fits between the fuel filler neck and the body mounted filler housing at the front wheel arch, creating a secure and leak-free connection during refuelling.

Over time the original rubber elbow commonly becomes brittle, cracked, or split due to age, fuel exposure, and heat. This can lead to fuel smells, leaks when filling the tank, or fuel escaping during cornering. Replacing this seal restores the integrity of the fuel filler system and helps eliminate fuel vapour leaks.

Manufactured from fuel resistant rubber, this replacement elbow is suitable for both petrol and diesel T25 models and bolts securely to the outer wheel arch skin. Designed as a direct replacement for the original part, it provides a reliable seal between the filler cap assembly and the main fuel tank filler pipe.

Suitable for 2WD T25/T3 models only. Not suitable for Syncro 4WD models.
