Splitscreen Bus Wiper Blade

Replacement silver finish wiper blade for all Volkswagen Splitscreen buses up to 1967. Designed in the original style with a silver-coloured metal frame to maintain the authentic factory appearance of your classic VW.

Measuring 275mm long, this blade fits either the left or right side of the windscreen and is suitable for standard Splitscreen Bus wiper arms. Ideal for restoration projects or replacing worn original blades while preserving the correct period look.

The wiper blade is responsible for clearing rain, moisture, and road spray from the windscreen to maintain visibility in poor weather conditions. Over time, the rubber edge can harden, crack, or smear the glass, reducing visibility and increasing wear on the windscreen surface. Replacing old wiper blades helps improve wiping performance and safer driving in wet conditions.

Finished with a silver metal frame similar to the original equipment design fitted to early VW buses. For best results it is recommended to inspect the wiper arms, spindle shafts, and wiper mechanism when replacing the blades.
