It will fit but it is not correct for the year of your Bus. You should have 'ribbed' Bumpers on a 1955 Bus. We offer ribbed bumpers in a set in stainless steel only. You will find them on our website HERE. If you do wish to fit this later style bumper, then it can be done. But you will need to drill some new holes in it to mount it onlto your early bumper irons.
The bumper bracket mounts will be in the incorrect place on this bumper. So they will need moving to the correct place in order to mount it to the bumper brackets on the Bus.
