These wheels will fit all Baywindows from 1971 onwards.
Yes standard Hubcaps will fit on these wheels.
The 14" wheel was fitted as standard on all Type 25 Buses except the Syncro which had the option of a 16" wheel. A chrome version of this wheel is not available as a stock item. It could of course be taking to a chrome platers and chromed by yourself. By installing an aftermarket wheel in a larger diameter then the use of a lower profile tyre would need to be used in order to keep the rolling circumfrance the same as a standard 14" wheel. Therefore the Bus should not be any more unstable than a standard wheel.
