Baywindow Bus Fresh Air Vent Dashboard Diffuser

This directional dashboard air vent diffuser is designed to restore proper airflow and ventilation control in your classic Volkswagen Bus. Suitable for both left and right positions, it fits directly into the factory dashboard openings on Baywindow models.

The air vent diffuser is part of the vehicle’s fresh air ventilation system. It directs airflow from the front air intake through the dashboard and into the cabin, allowing you to control the direction and distribution of fresh air. The internal vanes can be adjusted to aim airflow towards the side windows, helping reduce condensation and improve comfort for both driver and passengers.

On T2 Bay models, there are typically two dashboard vents and additional vents located behind the front seats. These rear outlets help distribute fresh air further into the cabin, improving airflow for rear passengers. A damaged or missing diffuser can lead to poor airflow control, rattles, or an unfinished dashboard appearance, making replacement essential for both function and originality.
