Will this fit my 1967 split screen? I'm fitting new heat exchangers and I have what appears to be a small metal baffle, I'm trying to see how to connect the two 60mm diameter ends together the distance between them is quite short

Yes you could use these. You may have to cut them down to make them fit but this is quite easy top do.
