T1,T2,G1 1 Screw Headlight (European Beam Pattern)

This 1-screw headlight unit is a good quality replacement designed for a range of Volkswagen models, including Beetles, Baywindow Buses, Type 3 Variants, and Mk1 Golf built from 1974 to 1983, or baywindow Buses retrofitted with a late-style front panel.

The unit features a European beam pattern for countries where you drive on the right-hand side of the road (NOT for UK use). If you’re restoring or importing a vehicle intended for mainland Europe, this headlamp provides the correct light spread for safe and legal nighttime driving.

Important Compatibility Notes:

• Fits all Beetles and Baywindow Buses from 1974–1979.

• Fits Mk1 Golf front panels that accept 1-screw headlights.

• Also suitable for Type 3 Variants 1973–1974.

• May be used on earlier Buses if they have an aftermarket late front panel.

• Does not include the removable headlamp ring. To complete installation, choose from:

Fitting Notes:

• European beam pattern only – NOT suitable for UK roads.

• These units are not handed – one part fits both left and right sides.
