T25,G1 Gear Shifter Bush

Replacement pivot bearing bush for manual gearbox gearshift linkage systems fitted to a wide range of Volkswagen models including Golf Mk1, Jetta Mk1, Scirocco, T3/T25 Transporter, Caddy and Corrado applications. This small but important bush supports the relay shaft and gear selector linkage, helping maintain precise gear selection and smooth shift movement.

On most applications this bush is fitted at the bottom of the gearstick lever where it connects to the selector rod. On Golf, Scirocco and Corrado models it is also used within the gearbox selector linkage assembly itself. Over time the original bush can wear, crack or become loose, causing vague gear changes, sloppy gearstick movement, excessive play or difficulty selecting gears.

Replacing worn linkage bushes is one of the most effective ways to restore tighter, more accurate gear selection on older Volkswagen manual transmission vehicles.
