This left outer sill repair panel is a good quality reproduction part made to restore the structural integrity and original appearance of the outer sill area on all VW Karmann Ghia models from 1955 to 1974. As a known rust-prone region, especially on older restorations or daily drivers, the outer sill plays a crucial role in the vehicle`s body strength and alignment.
Accurately pressed to factory specifications, this panel fits perfectly on the left side (driver’s side on LHD vehicles) and blends smoothly with the inner sill, heater channel, and floor pan. It’s suitable for welding and is essential for any quality body restoration, especially when addressing corrosion or accident damage.
