Replace worn or sagging suspension components with this top-quality reproduction set of standard-width front torsion leaves, designed for all VW Beetles and Karmann Ghias from 1966 onwards with ball joint front suspension. This set restores proper ride height, handling, and front-end stability for vehicles running a stock-width front beam.
Each kit includes two complete sets of leaves—one for the upper tube and one for the lower tube—providing everything needed to rebuild the torsion core of your front beam. These precision-formed leaves measure 955mm in total width with 940mm between the grub screw mounts, matching factory specifications.
Ideal for classic restorations or suspension overhauls, this set is a direct replacement for stock components. If you`re running a narrowed front beam, check out part number AC411131K for 2″ narrowed torsion leaves.
