Beetle Distributor Vacuum Unit (2 Mounting Holes)

Restore proper ignition performance on your classic VW with this replacement vacuum unit, designed specifically to fit vacuum advance distributors as used on 1300cc to 1600cc Type 1 engines produced from August 1970 to December 1972.

This unit features a 2-hole mounting pattern and is ideal for replacing worn or leaking vacuum cans that can lead to poor throttle response, hesitation, or flat spots during acceleration. The vacuum advance system helps improve fuel economy and drivability by adjusting ignition timing based on engine load.

Important Note:

• Not suitable for U.S.-specification distributors, which often used different advance units

• Only fits distributors using a 2-bolt vacuum unit
