Beetle Door Mirror - 1968-79 - Left

This standard left-hand replacement door mirror is designed for VW Beetle Sedans from 1968 onwards, including Mexican Beetle models, and provides a factory-style look and fit. This mirror screws directly into the captive threaded hole on the driver’s side door, making it an easy and straightforward replacement for damaged or missing original units.

This is a reproduction mirror finished in “Sunny Climate Chrome”, a single-layer chrome plating designed for use in dry, warm climates. While this finish gives a bright, original-style appearance, it`s important to note that no warranty is provided for the chrome finish, as it is not suited to the damp UK climate. Without protection, the finish may rust or oxidise within months; however, with regular cleaning, polishing, and waxing, the mirror can remain shiny and in good condition for much longer.

Supplied with the correct mirror seal, this unit is ready to install using standard hardware. Ideal for restorations, daily drivers, or replacing a pitted or broken mirror with an affordable alternative.
