Beetle Bonnet Seal - 1961-79 (Not 1303 Beetle)

Replacement bonnet aperture seal for Volkswagen Beetle models from 1961 onwards. This seal fits around the body aperture and is retained beneath the metal retaining strip around the bonnet opening, providing a weatherproof seal between the bonnet and body.

Over time original bonnet seals become hard, flattened or perish, allowing water, dust and air to enter the luggage compartment. A worn seal can also cause bonnet rattles and poor panel fitment. Replacing the seal restores the correct fit, helps protect the front luggage area from water ingress and improves overall refinement.

Manufactured from high-quality rubber for long service life and an OE-style fit.
