Beetle Exhaust - Twin Hotspot (OE Quality - TUV Approved)

Restore your air-cooled VW Beetle to peak performance with this OE quality exhaust system, designed specifically for 1300cc “twin hot spot” AR code engines fitted to Beetles built between 1973 and 1975. This exhaust is a TÜV approved, top-quality reproduction of the original unit, offering the perfect balance of authentic appearance, excellent durability, and reliable performance.

The “twin hot spot” system is easy to identify on your engine — it features four pre-heat pipes (two on each side) that connect from the inlet manifold down to the top of the exhaust. This setup improves fuel vaporisation and cold running, providing smoother performance in cooler conditions.

Manufactured to OE specification, this exhaust system ensures correct back pressure and sound characteristics, maintaining the smooth tone and reliable operation expected from a factory setup. The robust steel construction and high-quality finish ensure long service life and resistance to corrosion.
