This complete exhaust system kit is designed for classic Volkswagen aircooled engines (excluding 1200cc), featuring the correct cast pre-heat on the left side and curved pipe on the right configuration. Supplied as a full kit with twin chrome tailpipes and mounting hardware, it provides a factory-style replacement with reliable performance and period-correct appearance.

The exhaust system plays a vital role in directing exhaust gases safely away from the engine while also supporting engine efficiency. On aircooled VW engines, the integrated pre-heat system helps improve fuel atomisation within the intake manifold, reducing flat spots and improving drivability—especially in colder conditions.
