20mm Clutch Cross Shaft Bush Kit - T1, KG, T3 (1973-79) + T2 (1976-79) + T25 (All Years)

Replacement clutch cross shaft repair kit for models fitted with the later 20mm diameter clutch cross shaft. This kit includes the bushings, washers, circlips and clutch return spring required to rebuild the clutch operating shaft assembly.

The clutch cross shaft transfers movement from the clutch cable or hydraulic operating system to the release bearing. Over time, the shaft bushes can wear, crack or seize, causing clutch pedal play, poor clutch release, noise, stiffness or an uneven pedal feel. Replacing these parts helps restore smooth clutch operation and correct release bearing movement.

This kit is for 20mm clutch cross shafts with 18mm bush ID. On T25 models with hydraulic clutch operation, the return spring is not normally required.
