This OE-style mechanical “tilted” fuel pump is designed for Type 1 aircooled VW engines fitted with alternators, making it the ideal replacement for factory setups or alternator conversion builds. It replicates the original offset design, providing the clearance needed under the larger alternator body while maintaining an authentic vintage look.

Compatible with 100mm long fuel pump push rods (part number 113127307A), this fuel pump delivers consistent mechanical fuel delivery suitable for stock and mildly tuned engines. It is constructed from good-quality materials and is rebuildable, just like the original pumps—allowing for serviceability and long-term use.

Important installation notes:

• The alternator must be removed during installation due to the physical size of the pump.

• If the fuel inlet/outlet ports interfere with the intake manifold, the top section can be repositioned to achieve clearance.
