Crankcase Block Off - For Universal Crankcases

Crankcase oil filler block off plate designed to seal the original oil filler opening found on Volkswagen Type 3 and universal replacement crankcases when the filler location is no longer required.

This plate is commonly used when installing a Type 3 or universal engine case into a Beetle, Bus, Karmann Ghia or other Type 1 based application where an alternative oil filler arrangement is used. It securely blocks off the original filler opening to prevent oil leaks and maintain correct crankcase sealing.

Manufactured as a simple bolt-on solution for engine conversions, rebuilds and custom aircooled engine builds.
