T25,G1,G2 Fuel Injection Nozzle - Diesel Engines

Replacement diesel injector nozzle suitable for a wide range of classic Volkswagen diesel engines including 1.6D, 1.6TD, 1.7D and 2.4D applications. The injector nozzle is a precision-engineered component fitted inside the fuel injector and is responsible for atomising diesel fuel into a fine spray pattern before combustion.

Correct injector spray pattern and fuel delivery are essential for smooth engine running, easy cold starting, fuel economy, and reduced smoke emissions. Worn or blocked injector nozzles can cause rough idle, excessive diesel knock, poor fuel consumption, hard starting, loss of power, and black exhaust smoke.
