Engine coolant water flange for diesel and carburettor Volkswagen engines, manufactured in durable aluminium and supplied complete with sealing plug. This flange mounts to the end of the cylinder head and forms a critical part of the cooling system, directing coolant flow between the cylinder head, radiator hoses and cooling circuit.
Over time, original plastic or corroded flanges can crack, warp or leak, leading to coolant loss, overheating and poor cooling system performance. This aluminium replacement offers improved durability and long-term reliability, making it ideal for daily drivers, restorations and upgraded cooling systems.
Supplied complete with plug and ready for installation. We always recommend fitting a new seal during installation and checking surrounding coolant hoses and hose clips for wear at the same time.
