T25,G1,G2 Cylinder Head Water Flange - 1.6 Diesel
Part Number: 068121133M
Heavy duty aluminium coolant water flange for Volkswagen 1.6 diesel and turbo diesel engines. Fits to the front of the cylinder head and provides connections for the engine cooling system hoses and coolant temperature sender.
This upgraded aluminium version replaces the original plastic flange which commonly becomes brittle, cracks or leaks with age and heat cycles. Designed with one vertical hose outlet, one horizontal outlet and an integrated sensor mounting point.
Supplied complete with sealing O-ring for installation.
Ideal for restoring reliability on older diesel cooling systems, especially T3/T25 diesel campers and classic Golf/Jetta diesel models.
