Hi I have the following part, Alternator Regulator (External Regulator Version) - 14 Volt and was wondering if you have a diagram to show wiring connections from existing alternator into main loom. Thanks Mark Jones There are 3 terminals (D+, D- and DF) which all go to the same terminals on the top of the alternator like for like. This doesn't answer my question how does it hook into the main loom.

This regulator does not hook into the main loom. It just goes to the alternator. The alternator has extra termianls on it which goes to the main loom. One wire goes to the warning light on the dash and the other to the battery and starter. Wiring diagrams are available in Haynes and Robert Bentley service manuals.

There are 3 terminals (D+, D- and DF) which all go to the same terminals on the top of the alternator like for like.
