T4,G1,G2 Water Flange Kit

This coolant flange junction kit includes the coolant flange, 3 blanking plugs, 3 O-rings and 3 retaining clips, providing a complete solution for repairing or replacing the coolant flange assembly. These flanges commonly become brittle with age and heat cycles, leading to coolant leaks around the flange body or the sensor/blanking plug ports.

Replacing the flange and seals at the same time helps prevent coolant leaks, overheating, and poor heater performance. This kit restores a secure and leak-free connection within the cooling system and is ideal for maintenance or cooling system repairs.

This flange is used across a wide range of Volkswagen petrol and diesel engines including 1.6 and 1.8 engines in Golf and Jetta models, as well as 1.8 and 2.0 petrol engines in T4 Transporter and Passat models.
