T25 Exhaust Support Plate - 1984-92 - 1.6D (JX), 1.7D (KY) - Right

This right-hand exhaust support plate is fitted at the rear muffler on Volkswagen Type 25 / T3 buses equipped with 1.6 Turbo Diesel (JX) or 1.7 Diesel (KY) engines. The support plate provides additional rigidity to the exhaust system, helping to distribute weight and reduce stress on the silencer, mounts, and pipework.

On T3 diesel models, the rear section of the exhaust is subject to constant vibration and heat cycling. A missing or corroded support plate can lead to excessive exhaust movement, rattles, cracked silencers, or premature failure of exhaust mounts. Replacing this plate restores correct exhaust support and helps extend the life of the entire system.
