Complete Big Bore 104mm barrel and piston kit for use on 2000cc aircooled Type 4 engines as fitted to Baywindow buses with CJ engine codes and also Type 25 or T3 buses with CU, GD, GE and CV code aircooled engines.

These will increase displacement to 2413cc

Quality: Good quality

Fitting: Machine work on the crankcase is required to install this kit, which we can offer this service if required, see part number MACHINECASE1

Fitment: These have valve cut outs on the pistons to clear the valves when using high lift camshafts

Hello I would be interested to know what the maximum stroke possible with these cylinder and pistons would be, assume there is no crackcase or crankshaft limitations just theoretical. If it is not possible to awnser that dimensions would be helpful thanks Paul

These will work with a standard stroke crank. If you are using a stroker crank then you will need to use spacers to get the correct deck height. You can buy spacers on our website HERE.
