Type 25 Exhaust Manifold Gasket - Diesel Engines (2 Required)

This exhaust gasket fits between the cylinder head and the exhaust manifold on various diesel-engined Volkswagen Type 25 (T3) Buses. Its role is to create a gas-tight seal where exhaust gases exit the cylinder head and enter the exhaust system.

Because this joint is exposed to extreme heat, pressure, and vibration, the gasket is a critical component. A failed or leaking gasket can cause exhaust blows, ticking noises on start-up, loss of performance, increased exhaust temperatures, and in some cases exhaust fumes entering the engine bay.
