Replacement idle control valve air bypass hose for Volkswagen T3/T25 2.1 injection models fitted with the DJ engine. This molded intake hose connects the idle control valve to the intake nozzle and forms an important part of the idle air bypass and vacuum control system.

Designed specifically for fuel injected 2.1 litre DJ engines, this hose allows controlled bypass air flow around the throttle body to maintain stable idle speed and smooth engine operation. The idle control valve adjusts airflow through this hose during cold starts, engine warm-up and changing electrical loads to keep the engine idling correctly.
