T25 Waterboxer Lower Engine Tin

Protect the vulnerable underside of your Waterboxer engine with this pair of heavy-duty pushrod tube guards, designed for Volkswagen Type 25 (T3) and Vanagon models fitted with 1.9 or 2.1 litre WBX engines. These guards shield the exposed pushrod tubes from impacts caused by rocks, road debris and off-road obstacles, helping to prevent costly engine damage and oil leaks.

Manufactured from 1.5mm thick steel and finished in a durable black satin powder coating, these guards offer long-lasting corrosion resistance and excellent protection without compromising fitment. They are precision engineered to fit both 2WD and Syncro models and can be installed without placing stress on the engine.

The open mounting tabs allow installation without removing the exhaust system, making fitting much quicker and easier. They also feature pre-formed break-out and bending points for vehicles fitted with an external oil cooler, allowing neat routing of oil hoses where required.

Supplied as a complete pair for the left and right-hand sides, the kit includes all mounting hardware and fitting instructions.
