Good news folks, we have decided to extend the Lockdown Sale for another 2 weeks until end of day Tuesday December 16th.

With Cool Air being in a Tier 3 location we could reopen our shop, but we’ve chosen to keep it closed for now to keep our staff and customers as safe as possible and instead bring the bargains to you, online, by extending the sale. We’ve been blown away by how popular it’s been, so why not carry it on if it’s benefiting everyone?

Cool Air Lockdown Shop Closure + Business Hours

The Cool Air Shop is still closed until the Kent Tier 3 restrictions are lifted, but Click + Collect orders can be placed either on the website or by phone. They must be paid for in advance as there is no method to take payment when the shop is closed.

All collections during the lockdown will be from the rear of the building at the loading dock. They must be pre scheduled to allow us time to pick and pack your order(s), no visitors please.

Our business hours will remain unchanged. Orders can be placed over the phones from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. The webchat will be live also during these hours and emails will be responded to as normal.

The Cool Air website and eBay shop will remain open 24/7. Orders will be processed as normal so there should be no delay in despatching orders.
