Unfortunately this year with the England lockdown in effect until December 2nd 2020, we have had to cancel our annual Ruby Tuesday Sale Day which is a big disappointment as it’s always a fun day at the shop.
But not all is lost as we’ve decided to offer an alternative sale for the WEBSITE ONLY and it extends all the way to the end of the lockdown, that’s 4 weeks!

Cool Air Lockdown Shop Closure

In case you missed our blog on Tuesday, the Cool Air Shop is closed during the England Lockdown until the restrictions are lifted but Click + Collect orders can be placed either on the website or by phone. They must be paid for in advance as there is no method to take payment when the shop is closed.

All collections during the Corona Virus Lockdown will be from the rear of the building at the loading dock. They must be pre scheduled to allow us time to pick and pack your order(s), no visitors please.
Our business hours will remain unchanged. Orders can be placed over the phones from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. The webchat will be live also during these hours and emails will be responded to as normal.

The Cool Air website and eBay shop will remain open 24/7. Orders will be processed as normal so there should be no delay in despatching orders.
