So what are Cool Credits?

Cool Credits are basically a reward scheme we’ve created as a Thank You to all our loyal customers. So for every £1 spent with Cool Air VW, you get 1 Cool Credit added to your account.

You earn them with every purchase. The more you buy, the more credits you’ll accrue. The more you have on your account., the more you can redeem towards the cost of an order(s) any time on the CoolAir website. Who doesn’t want a few quid off an order?

Cool Credits are awarded on all orders, no matter how big or small and are automatically added to your account when purchasing in the shop, on the phone, on the website and even on our eBay site, but can only be redeemed towards orders placed on the website.

Want some more for free?

On the new website, there’s a way to really rack up Cool Credits as we’re offering a massive 25 for every product review left (once approved by CoolAir from a verified purchase). We’re hoping that it will be well worth it for you in exchange for just a couple minutes of your time, plus it really helps out other members of the Cool Air community, if a product is review worthy, be it positive or negative, let everyone know.
