Designed for the 204PS (CXEB) and 199PS (CXEC) engines, this system replaces the restrictive factory airbox with a high-flow nanofibre filter and heat shield assembly to deliver improved airflow and stronger turbo response.

This kit is engineered to work with the higher airflow demands of the BiTDI twin-turbo setup, making it particularly beneficial on remapped or upgraded vehicles.

What This Kit Does & How It Works

The factory intake system on the T6 BiTDI uses a sealed plastic airbox and narrow intake pipework designed primarily to reduce noise and meet emissions requirements. While effective for refinement, this design can restrict airflow to the twin turbochargers.

The Ramair system improves intake efficiency by replacing the restrictive airbox with a high-flow synthetic nanofibre filter and optimised intake path. The integrated Twin-Tangential Velocity Stack helps smooth incoming air and reduce turbulence before it reaches the turbochargers.

The included heat shield isolates the filter from hot air within the engine bay, helping maintain lower intake temperatures and consistent performance during heavy acceleration or towing.
