Beetle Front Beam Adjuster (Sway Away Adjuster) - 1966-79

This Sway-A-Way front beam adjuster is designed to fit VW Type 1 vehicles with ball joint front suspension from 1965 to 1979, including the Beetle and Karmann Ghia. It allows you to convert your existing front beam into a fully adjustable setup—perfect for dialing in your desired stance without needing to swap out the entire beam.

The adjuster is welded into the front axle tubes (top and bottom), replacing the original fixed centre supports. Once installed, it allows you to raise or lower the front suspension by up to 4 inches, giving you flexibility whether you`re building a slammed show car or a slightly lifted street cruiser.

Professional installation is recommended, as fitting requires removal and complete disassembly of the front beam, with precise cutting and welding of the adjuster plates.

Please note: These are sold individually, and two are required per vehicle—one for the top tube and one for the bottom.
