For those that are serious about the power of their engine there is no point in having anything less than a merged exhaust system.
This is the exhaust system for the serious racer. A true merged exhaust.
Four 1 5/8″ (42mm) large diamter mandrel bent tubes are cut and fitted into a long merged collector.
The header features thick H.D Flanges with ground flat gasket surfaces.
All internal welds are ground for true high flow performance.
Includes an EMPI swivel flange racing stinger.
Use the hideaway muffler or PHAT Boy to get to and from the track.

NOTE: EMPI Headers and Mufflers are coated with a layer of paint which acts as a rust inhibitor and may burn off once they get hot. It is best to clean off the coating with a good solvent then paint the system with quality hi-temp paint. Systems are not warranted against rust.
Please Note: merged headers do not allow the use of heat exchangers, so if you like your warmth then these are not for you.
