Weber 34 ICT Carburettor Rebuild Kit

Replacement carburettor repair and rebuild kit for Weber 34 ICT carburettors and reproduction ICT/EPC style carburettors fitted to aircooled Volkswagen engines.

This rebuild kit includes the essential gaskets, seals and service components required to overhaul one carburettor and restore proper fuel delivery and operation. It is ideal for fixing common issues such as fuel leaks, poor idle, hesitation, flooding, flat spots or worn accelerator pump diaphragms caused by age, stale fuel or long-term storage.

The kit includes the accelerator pump diaphragm, needle and seat assembly, O-rings and all major gaskets required during a standard carburettor rebuild. Rebuilding the carburettor helps restore proper fuel metering, throttle response and idle stability while improving reliability and drivability.

Suitable for genuine Weber 34 ICT carburettors as well as many reproduction EPC 34X and ICT style carburettors commonly fitted to dual carburettor aircooled VW engines.

Sold individually. One kit rebuilds one carburettor. Two kits are required for dual carburettor setups.

We recommend inspecting throttle shaft wear, float condition and jet cleanliness during rebuild. Carburettors should be synchronised and adjusted correctly after installation.
