You will need to measure the bore size in the crankcase. These kits only work with 87mm bore crankcases. It should increase your power by around 10HP.
No I am afraid it is only available for the 87mm version.
No this kit will not work with a 30HP engine. It will only work on the later 1200cc engine from 1960 onwards (34HP Engines).
These would fit original 1200cc engines from 1960 to 1969 and very late engines from 1978 onwards. To be certain you would need to measure the bore of your crankcase.
