145 Main Jet For 34 ICT Or 34 EPC Carbs

Replacement 1.45mm main jet for WEBER and EMPI carburettors, commonly used when tuning twin carburettor setups on slightly uprated aircooled VW engines.

When fitting twin WEBER 34 ICT or EMPI 34 EPC carburettor kits to a mildly modified 1641cc engine, increasing the main jet size is often necessary to achieve the correct air/fuel mixture and smooth engine performance. A larger main jet allows additional fuel flow under load and higher RPM, helping prevent lean running conditions commonly experienced on upgraded engines.

Correct jetting is essential for good drivability, throttle response, idle quality, engine temperatures and long-term reliability. These 1.45mm jets are a popular upgrade size for 1641cc engines fitted with freer flowing exhausts, improved cylinder heads or mild camshaft upgrades.
