Chrome Breast Plate (Tinware Behind Pulley)

Chrome tinware known as a “breast plate” that fits behind the lower crankshaft pulley for all Type 1 aircooled engines except for late Baywindow vans from 1972 on that have a fixed rear valance
Quality: Reproduction “Sunny Climate Chrome”
Finish Warranty: Please note there is NO warranty offered on reproduction single plate chromed parts due to the quality of chrome which is not intended for the UK market.
These are sold as “Sunny Climate Chrome” in other words these will rust or oxidise within months in the UK climate, but with regular cleaning and waxing, they will stay shiny and last significantly longer
Fitting: Crankshaft pulley will need removing to fit
