Beetle Towing A Frame (Not 1302 + 1303 Models) (Also Karmann Ghia)

This A-frame towing bar is designed for safely towing aircooled VW vehicles fitted with a ball joint front beam, providing a strong and stable link between the tow vehicle and the car being recovered. Constructed from heavy-duty steel, it offers secure, dependable towing whether used for workshop recovery, transport, or roadside rescue.
Engineered specifically for standard ball joint Beetle front beams, the A-frame attaches directly to the lower beam tube using the supplied brackets. It is also compatible with Link Pin front beams when used with appropriate packers, as these beams have narrower tube spacing. This makes it a versatile option for owners or workshops dealing with multiple aircooled VW models.
Important Fitment Notes:
Not suitable for 1302 or 1303 Super Beetles (use part number AC0003131 instead)
Designed for use with a standard 50mm towball
Fits ball joint Beetles and adaptor-fit to Link Pin beams with spacing shims
