T5,T6 Intercooler Pressure Hose (Lower Right) - 2.0 TDI (CFCA)

This lower right intercooler pressure hose is a direct replacement for VW T5 and T6 Transporters fitted with the 2.0 TDI CFCA engine. Positioned on the lower right-hand side (RHD driver’s side) of the engine bay, this hose carries compressed air from the turbocharger system into the intercooler. Any splits, softening, oil saturation or cracking in this hose can lead to boost leaks, reduced power, excess smoke, whistle noises and limp-mode issues.
Manufactured to OE-style specification, this hose is shaped correctly to follow the original routing and withstands the high boost pressures produced by the 2.0 TDI BiTurbo (CFCA) engine. It installs using standard clamps and requires no modification.
Designed for both short-wheelbase (SWB) and long-wheelbase (LWB) vans equipped with the CFCA engine.
