Type 25 Syncro Front Inner CV Joint Kit (Models With 16" Wheels)

This high-quality inner CV joint kit is designed exclusively for the front axle of 16″ Syncro T3 / Type 25 Buses. The inner CV joint plays a critical role in the Syncro’s 4WD driveline, transmitting power from the front differential to the driveshaft while accommodating suspension travel and steering movement. On 16″ Syncro models—known for their extra ground clearance and off-road capability—the CV joints work harder than on standard vans, making correct replacement parts essential.

This kit includes everything required to rebuild one inner joint, ensuring long-lasting, smooth power delivery. A worn CV joint may cause vibration, clunking noises, or clicking sounds under load. Replacing the joint prevents further drivetrain wear and restores proper 4WD operation.

The kit is manufactured to OE-style specifications and is suitable only for 16″ Syncro models, as these use a unique joint size not shared with 14″ Syncro or 2WD T25 vans.
