Type 25 Syncro Front Outer CV Joint Kit

This replacement outer CV joint kit is designed for the front axle (wheel side) of Volkswagen Type 25 / T3 Syncro models. It plays a vital role in transmitting drive from the front differential to the wheels while allowing for suspension movement and steering articulation.

The CV (constant velocity) joint allows power to be delivered smoothly to the front wheels even as they turn and move up and down. Over time, CV joints can wear due to loss of grease, split boots or general use, leading to clicking noises when turning, vibration under load or complete joint failure. Replacing a worn CV joint restores smooth power delivery and prevents further drivetrain damage.

This kit includes everything required for installation, including the CV joint, grease and boot. It is designed as a direct replacement for original components and is suitable for manual transmission Syncro models only.
