Baywindow Bus Front Wheel Housing Tub - Right

This good-quality inner front wheel housing (also known as the tub repair section) is designed to fit all years of the Volkswagen Baywindow Bus (T2 1968–1979), as well as Brazil Kombi models from 1997–2014. Serving as a critical structural section inside the front wheel arch, this panel replaces rusted or damaged areas to restore strength, rigidity, and correct body contours. It is manufactured using OE-style construction from 1.2mm (18-gauge) steel, ensuring durability and a factory-accurate fit.

The panel is electro-paint coated to provide excellent resistance to rust and corrosion during storage and fitting. This coating must be keyed or sanded back before welding and painting. It also includes a 7/16″ seatbelt mounting point, ensuring compatibility with factory seatbelt systems. Because it is supplied without seat runners, it can be installed on both left-hand drive and right-hand drive vehicles without modification.

Designed specifically for the right-hand side (driver’s side on RHD vehicles), this repair piece is ideal for medium to major restoration work, accident repair, and structural refurbishment.
