Baywindow Bus Front Wheel Housing Tub - Left

This good-quality inner front wheel housing—also referred to as the tub repair section—is manufactured to fit all Volkswagen Baywindow Buses (T2 1968–1979) as well as the Brazil Kombi models produced from 1997–2014. This panel forms an essential structural part inside the front wheel arch, and replacing corroded or damaged sections restores strength, rigidity, and correct factory shaping to the cab area.

Constructed from 1.2mm (18-gauge) steel, the panel features OE-style design and fitment, ensuring reliable performance and a seamless installation. It is electro-paint coated for enhanced corrosion resistance during storage and preparation. This coating will need to be keyed or sanded back prior to welding and painting. Supplied without seat runners, it is suitable for use on both right-hand drive and left-hand drive vehicles, and includes a 7/16″ seatbelt mounting point for safety compliance.

This panel is designed for the left-hand side (passenger side on RHD vehicles) and is ideal for restorations, structural repairs, accident damage, and full body rebuilds.
