Yes two keys are included.
Fuel caps either attach to the fuel filler neck on the outside of the neck which is an external locking system or on the inside of the neck which is an internal locking system. 211501551C Attaches on the outside of the neck meaning that the fuel filler neck as a flare on the outside of the neck to attach the cap to.
If your fuel cap is 60mm then it should have an internal fuel cap lock system and you will require the fuel cap 803201551C.
The 70mm is the diameter of the fuel filler neck at the point where the cap connects.
This cap is non vented. As far as we can tell the cap on the carbon can model is no different. Therefore this should ift your model.
